Sibrayze – Precision Laser Marking Machinery Solutions.

Laser Equipment Customization Process:
1. Requirement Gathering:
The specific requirements of the customers, including application, materials, power, precision, throughput, integration requirements etc..
2. Feasibility & Proposal:
The manufacturer assesses technical feasibility, potential solutions, and provides a formal proposal (specs, timeline, cost).
3. Design & Engineering:
Engineers create custom designs (optical path, mechanics, software, safety features), often involving customer feedback loops.
4. Prototype & Testing (Optional):
For complex systems, a prototype may be built and rigorously tested against requirements.
5. Manufacturing & Integration:
Approved designs move to production, assembling custom components, lasers, controls, and software.
6. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT):
The completed system undergoes thorough testing at the manufacturer's facility to verify performance meets specs.
7. Installation & Site Acceptance Test (SAT):
Equipment is shipped, installed at the customer's site, and final performance validation is conducted.
8. Training & Handover:
Customer personnel receive operational and maintenance training, followed by full system handover.
9. Ongoing Support:
The manufacturer provides maintenance, spare parts, and technical support as needed.

Cooperation Process
Client Collaboration Process: From Inquiry to Ongoing Support
1.  Requirement Scoping & Consultation
- Client shares application needs, target materials, throughput goals, precision requirements, and budget/timeline etc.
- Joint technical workshops (on-site/virtual) to finalize specifications: laser power, wavelength, automation level, safety standards, and integration needs.
- Deliverable: Signed Statement of Work (SOW).
2.  Solution Design & Quotation
- Your engineering team develops a customized proposal (concept diagrams, technical specs, optional features).
- Formal quotation detailing equipment cost, accessories, taxes, shipping/installation fees, and payment terms (e.g., 30% down payment, 50% before shipment, 20% after SAT).
3.  Agreement & Kickoff
- Contract signing covering technical specs, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, and warranty (e.g., 2-year core components warranty).
- Client issues down payment → Your team initiates procurement and production scheduling.
4.  Manufacturing & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- Equipment assembly and integration (mechanical, optical, software).
- Client witnesses FAT (on-site or via live stream) – performance validated against SOW (e.g., cutting accuracy: ±0.1mm).
- Progress payment triggered by FAT approval.
5.  Delivery
When products are ready, we'll then arrange the delivery through our fowarders. Or the customers can make the pickup at our warehouse.
6.  Lifelong Support
- Remote technical support + on-site emergency response (service contracts available).
- Predictive maintenance alerts, supply of genuine spare parts (laser sources, lenses, controllers).
- Free software upgrades and process optimization recommendations.
After-sales service
5 Essential After-Sales Services for Laser Equipment
1
Remote Technical Support :
What: Immediate troubleshooting via phone/email/remote access for software errors, parameter adjustments, or operational guidance.
Why: Minimizes downtime – critical for high-volume production lines.
2
Genuine Spare Parts & Priority Logistics:
What: Guaranteed next-day global shipping of OEM components (resonators, lenses, nozzles, controllers) with installation guides.
Why: Maintains peak performance – avoids compatibility risks from third-party parts.
3
On-Demand On-Site Service:
What: Certified engineer dispatches within 48–72 hours for complex repairs, re-calibration, or accident recovery (e.g., collision damage).
Why: Rapid restoration for mission-critical systems – includes post-repair SAT validation.
4
Software Upgrades & Process Optimization:
What:Free lifetime firmware updates + paid application packages (e.g., new material cutting libraries, AI defect detection).
Why: Unlocks new capabilities without hardware replacement – keeps clients competitive.
