Jack has told us that why he chose our products is because of the below key points:
1. Exceptional Precision and Permanence on Metals:
Our fiber laser systems are specifically engineered for metals. They produce incredibly high-contrast, permanent marks that are resistant to abrasion, heat, and corrosion. Whether you need precise serial numbers, intricate logos, or data matrix codes on stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, or other alloys, the mark will be sharp, legible, and durable for the product's lifetime.
2. High-Speed Marking with Superior Stability:
SIBRAYZER machines are built for industrial environments. Featuring a high-performance Galvo scanning system and a robust fiber laser source from leading brands (such as IPG or Raycus), they achieve remarkable marking speeds without sacrificing quality. This ensures high throughput for your production line. The "Maintenance-Free" design of the laser source guarantees long-term stability and low cost of ownership.
3. User-Friendly Software and Flexibility:
The machines are equipped with our intuitive, Windows-based marking software. It allows for easy import of design files (like AI, DXF, PLT), batch numbering, date/time coding, and barcode/QR code generation. The software supports connectivity for database integration, enabling automated marking. Furthermore, the machines are highly flexible and can be easily integrated into automated production lines.
