    The standard chuck rotary table is a key feature of the LEM101. It securely grips cylindrical, conical, and other irregularly shaped workpieces, enabling 360° marking without blind spots. For example, when engraving continuous patterns or text on curved surfaces like metal pipes, glass bottles, and small hardware accessories, manual workpiece angle adjustment is eliminated, significantly improving processing consistency and efficiency. This makes it particularly suitable for processing irregularly shaped parts in mass production.


    Dual-beam Performance: More Precise Material Adaptation

    Red laser (25-28W/1064nm): Concentrated energy and strong penetration allow for easy engraving at a depth of 1.5mm on metal surfaces. Whether it's brand logos on stainless steel cookware or deep traceability codes on automotive parts, these lasers create clear, wear-resistant marks, suitable for long-term industrial use.

    Blue laser (20W/450nm): Superior spot fineness compared to traditional lasers. Engraving at a depth of 3mm on stone creates rich textures. Marking soft materials like plastic and acrylic with micron-level precision is ideal for fine patterns on jewelry and electronic components.


    The achromatic lens ensures precise focus when switching between red and blue lasers, preventing marking deviations caused by wavelength differences and ensuring consistent results on different materials.
