Overview of equipment principle
The laser light from the laser device is transmitted through a fiber optic cable to a handheld laser welding torch, where it is focused onto the surface of the weldment. After being absorbed by the substrate, it is converted into thermal energy, causing the material or welding wire to melt, achieving the fusion effect. With the assistance of inert gas shielding, a high-quality weld bead is formed, thereby firmly welding the two objects together.(The water from the chiller flows to the laser and the handheld welding head for temperature reduction and constant temperature maintenance, thus playing a role in protecting important components.

It is suitable for complex and irregular welding processes in industries such as kitchen cabinets and bathrooms, stairs and elevators, shelves, ovens, stainless steel door and window railings, electrical distribution boxes, stainless steel furniture, lighting fixtures and molds, and advertising signs. It supports various welding methods such as fillet welding, vertical welding, spot welding, and overlap welding, ensuring that the welded joints are firm, the welds are consistent, neat, and beautiful, without deformation.
