Energy negative feedback control system
Energy negative feedback control refers to a method where the desired output laser energy waveform is compared in real-time with the actual output energy waveform to determine the input power level of the pump lamp. The system automatically controls the power level inputted by the pump lamp to be consistent each time, thereby controlling the output energy to be consistent.
Arbitrary waveform setting
In practical processing and production, materials such as copper, aluminum, and gold, due to their high surface reflectivity to 1064nm wavelength laser, may lead to issues such as insufficient processing intensity and unsightly welding surfaces during the processing. For materials like high-carbon steel, rapid cooling and heating can cause problems like cold and hot cracks during processing. To address these issues, the energy waveform of the laser pulse is set to control the variation of laser energy during welding.
Through energy negative feedback control technology, the actual output energy of the laser can be precisely controlled within a range of 3%. At the same time, it addresses the following issues that cause large fluctuations in laser output energy: A. Market fluctuations affecting the fluctuation of laser output energy; B. Variability in each discharge of the xenon lamp; C. Decrease in output energy due to aging of the xenon lamp; D. Fluctuations in laser output energy caused by factors such as changes in water flow rate and water temperature.
Due to the aforementioned reasons, conventional laser welding equipment cannot effectively ensure the consistency of welding quality. Furthermore, as the pump lamp ages continuously during use, welding parameters need to be adjusted periodically. To maintain a stable and good processing state and reduce product defects, it is essential for the laser energy and its waveform output to exhibit good repeatability and consistency. Energy negative feedback technology is the most effective method to address this issue. Additionally, there is no need to adjust welding parameters during use, as the pump lamp can be used until it reaches the end of its lifespan.
Four language operation interfaces
