The QCW laser supports simultaneous operation in modulation and high-peak power pulse modes, enabling it to handle processing tasks that traditionally required two different lasers. Unlike traditional continuous wave (CW) lasers, its peak and average power remain the same in both CW and modulation modes, while the peak power of the QCW laser in pulse mode is 10 times higher than its average power. Therefore, it can generate microsecond and millisecond pulses with high energy at repetition rates ranging from tens of hertz to thousands of hertz, and achieve average and peak powers of several kilowatts.

    Characteristics of H-series QCW laser


    • Small size, easy to integrate. The new generation H series laser has a volume of about 0.06m3 and a weight of 80KG.

It is an ideal replacement for lamp-pumped YAG lasers.

The output optical system of the H series QCW fiber laser utilizes an output fiber connector reinforced with an armor tube, designated as QBH, facilitating easy configuration for customers. Coupled with our proprietary welding control software, the interface is clean and aesthetically pleasing, making it user-friendly. It boasts multiple functions such as equipment status monitoring, laser control, and process parameter setting. Users have a choice between pulse and modulation modes, and its excellent performance has garnered widespread recognition in the market.
